Buller Central offers an exceptional location, just steps from the lift and surrounded by various shops and restaurants. the friendly atmosphere made us feel welcomed, and the rooms were modern and comfortable with scenic views. the drying room proved to be a great perk for newbies like us. Management efficiently prepared our room on arrival, allowing us to quickly gear up for the slopes. Enjoyed the well-organized ski room and the convenience of storing our luggage after check-out.

This hotel has a fantastic location right in the centre of the village, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The lounge areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with low furniture that added a touch of modern style. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.
That the walls in the room were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms. However, considering the overall experience, this was a minor issue that didn't significantly affect our stay.

Spent Xmas at this amazing place! Loved the cozy lounge area with fireplace and the tasty breakfast options including toast, fruits, and yoghurt. The ski-in entry was very convenient, and the free secure storage space was a plus. , can't beat the central location, close to all the action and so many great cafes nearby!
The lack of soundproofing was a real downer, could hear every noise from the adjoining room. The walls were super thin and the room was not cleaned nor was the toilet paper replenished.

We received great service from the staff and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast. the facilities were fantastic, and we enjoyed the common areas, especially on Saturday night.
The lighting was slightly dim, making visibility challenging, but it was a minor inconvenience.
